It is with a sad heart that we are making this announcement . We are not going to be able to open for the 2018 holiday season. Two of our family members had some medical issues this year, which did not allow us to get the trees and farm ready in time for this holiday season.
We apologize sincerely for any inconvenience this causes and if this coming year goes better than last year we will be back and open for business. Let’s all hope for a great 2019. All of the wonderful families that have shared their holidays with us in the previous years will be greatly missed and we wish you all Happy Holidays and a healthy New Year!!!

We understand that the holidays are the best time of year to make those cherished memories with your family. That's why we offer more than just a huge selection of Christmas Trees, we offer a holiday experience for the whole family.
All friendly fur-babies are welcome, they are part of the family.
We just ask that they remain on a leash and you pick up any messes.
Choose-N-Cut
Select your perfect tree from our 22 acres of a vast variety of sustainably grown trees. Our varieties include Douglas Fir, Fraser Fir, Canaan Fir, Concolor, Spruce, Blue Spruce, and White Pine.
Fresh-Cut Tree Lot
When the sun goes down you can still have the chance to find that perfect tree from our great selection of fresh pre-cut trees on our lot.
FREE Tree Bailing and Drilling
Allow us to do the hard work and prepare your perfect tree for the trip home. Whether you have a short or long distance to go we will make sure your tree makes it home safely.
FREE "SL-Hay" Rides
Don't be intimidated by our 22 acres of trees to choose from, you can take a ride around the farm on our "SL-Hay". Once you have found the perfect tree and cut it down you can ride back with it to warm up by our bonfire.
FREE Hot Chocolate
It wouldn't be the same if there wasn't hot chocolate. Have a complementary cup of fresh hot chocolate for you and each member of your family.
Bonfire & S'Mores
Chestnuts roasting by an open fire? Maybe not but we do have marshmallows! Grab a S'Mores kits and warm up with the family.
Visit with Santa
Santa visits our farm every weekend from 12pm-2pm. Bring the kids by to share their wishes for the holidays and take the chance to capture the moment free of charge.
Cultivating Conifers with a Conscience
Every Christmas Tree at South Mountain MicroFARM is cared for with lots of love and in a sustainable manor. We do not use any harmful pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers to treat our trees, which should put you at ease knowing that your home, children and pets are safe from harmful synthetic chemicals.
Real Christmas Trees Are GREEN
There are 22 acres of Christmas Trees on our farm, which equates to approximately 22,000 trees. For every tree harvested, two new seedlings will be planted the following spring. Currently, carbon sequestration rates are highest in fast-growing, highly productive sites of conifer stands. Our 22 acre Christmas Tree Farm sequesters approximately 63 tons of CO2 annually.
