Sustainably Raised
Our fish, are raised without the use of antibiotics and hormones within a recirculating, fresh water eco-system. We start with tilapia fingerlings of superior genetics sourced from Lake Nasser and the Nile River in Egypt. Raising them with our eco-system approach produces a clean tasting filet. By utilizing the symbiotic relationship between fish & plants we are able to produce both more sustainably.
Locally Sourced Feed
Attention to detail was given to every aspect of our operation, even down to the food source for our fresh water fish. Sourced from a local manufacturer, our fish are fed a diet consisting of locally sourced ingredients and renewable plant based proteins. Natural and bioactive ingredients improves the fish health and helps us eliminate the use chemicals and antibiotics.
